Before I blog further, I'm taking time for a little feedback...from you, the reader. I am
very curious about what interests you. Here is your chance to ask questions. Don't be shy; I will try to answer all of them (or use them for my next blog topic).
Gotta write a lot more before you can ask for feedback! ;) How about difficulties sticking with the Zone? Any problems with friends, family, coworkers? Cravings? etc etc
ReplyDeleteI don't find it too difficult to stick with the Zone provided that one plans ahead. By "planning" I do mean shopping and preparing.
ReplyDeleteI will admit that I have "underblocked" (eaten less food blocks than required -- my daily block totals are 21) at times. There are times when I just don't feel hungry or when the meal that I have eaten fills me up.
I haven't had any problems with friends (especially with my CrossFit DC "family") or family. Co-workers? Well, most of them think that I eat heathy. :-) When I do mention the Zone with respect to my meal strategy, I get the glazed look and the "Ahhh...okay." :-)
There's more to come in terms of blogging, but I was feeling a bit...lazy. I may address each one of your questions as a separate blog.
